We stand behind the quality of Zindagummy gummies, but we also make your satisfaction our priority. Because our products are ingestible, we have specific return & refund guidelines to ensure safety and compliance.
We do not accept returns due to health and safety protocols, but we do offer full refunds risk free.
If you try our product and truly do not like it, you can request a refund within 14 days of delivery. No. Questions. Asked.
Simply email us at customerservice@zindagummy.com within 14 days with your name and order number and we'll refund you. But we don't expect to hear from you--you're going to love our gummies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders from Online Purchases
If you ordered directly from our website and your product arrived damaged, is the wrong item, or is missing items, we can refund or replace your order based on your preference.
In order to request a refund, contact us within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@zindagummy.com and include the following information:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Lot code (on back).
We will respond to you within 2 business days to confirm and initiate the process.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval, to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays;
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout;
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Retail Store Purchases
If you purchased our product from a retail store or vendor, please return it directly to that store and follow their return policy. We cannot process refunds for retail purchases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
